Getting to Know the Author

Angelica Clark

Angelica Clark is a Louisiana native who holds a B.S. in Psychology and naturally found herself mentoring and uplifting others during difficult times.

The tragic loss of a close childhood friend inspired her to look inward and utilize mindfulness exercises in search of answers that could not be found looking outward.

Recognizing her life’s purpose, Angelica was inspired to create the first in a series of books that introduce children to mindfulness at an early age encouraging better problem solving and coping skills. This is her debut release.
